Deusi Vailo Donation 2024

Deusi Bhailo, a traditional Nepali custom celebrated during Tihar, is deeply rooted in mythology and community values. It originates from the story of King Bali, emphasizing humility, generosity, and unity. The custom involves musical and dance performances believed to bring blessings and prosperity, where homeowners offer donations in return. These donations symbolize a mutual exchange of fortune, fostering community bonding and preserving cultural traditions across generations. In modern times, Deusi Bhailo has also been adapted as a means for fundraising and supporting social initiatives while maintaining its religious significance tied to worshiping Laxmi, the goddess of wealth.

Purpose:
This event aims to uphold our tradition and raise funds for MNCC activities. Our long-term goal is to establish our own building to host future cultural events and programs.
